  2. Supplier Identification & Vetting: Leveraging Elev8 Interiors' global network to identify suitable suppliers. This includes assessing supplier capabilities, quality standards, ethical practices, and reliability.
  3. Sourcing Strategy Development: Crafting a strategy that outlines potential suppliers, negotiation tactics, logistics considerations (especially for imports), and a preliminary timeline.

QUOTATION & NEGOTIATION

Securing the best possible terms and pricing for the client. 
  1. Request for Quotation (RFQ): Issuing detailed RFQs to selected suppliers, ensuring all specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements are clearly communicated. 
  2. Quote Analysis & Comparison: Thoroughly analyzing received quotes, comparing pricing, lead times, payment terms, and product specifications to identify the most advantageous options. 
  3. Negotiation: Engaging in strategic negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, discounts, and favorable terms, leveraging bulk purchasing power where applicable.

Order Management & Logistics Managing the entire order lifecycle from placement to delivery. 
  1. Purchase Order (PO) Generation: Issuing formal purchase orders to approved suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are legally binding. Order Tracking & Expediting: Proactive monitoring of order status, production schedules, and shipping timelines. Expediting orders as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  2. Quality Control & Inspection: Coordinating quality checks and inspections at various stages, from factory production to pre-shipment, to ensure products meet Elev8 Interiors' and client's standards. 
  3. Logistics Coordination: Arranging transportation, warehousing, customs clearance (for imports), and final delivery to the project site. This includes managing freight forwarders and local delivery services.

This initial phase is dedicated to understanding the client's needs, desires, and the project's scope. It sets the foundation for a successful design journey.

  1. Discovery Call: A discovery call session (15 minute virtual call) to discuss the client's vision, lifestyle, budget, timeline, and specific requirements. This is also an opportunity for Elev8 Interiors to present its philosophy and approach and if we will be a great match for your project.
  2. Project Brief Development: Based on the consultation, a detailed project brief is created, outlining the scope of work, functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and key deliverables. This document serves as a mutual understanding and reference point. 
  3. Site Analysis & Measurement: For existing spaces, a thorough analysis of the site is conducted, including measurements, architectural features, natural light assessment, and existing conditions. For new builds, architectural plans are reviewed. 
  4. Inspiration & Mood Board Creation: Collaborative development of visual mood boards, incorporating client feedback, to define the overall style, color palette, textures, and ambiance. This ensures alignment on the creative direction.

CONCEPT DESIGN & SPACE PLANNING

  1. Preliminary Space Planning: Development of initial floor plans and furniture layouts to optimize flow, functionality, and spatial relationships. Multiple options may be presented.
  2. Conceptual Design Presentation: Presentation of design concepts through sketches, 3D renderings, and material samples. This includes proposed furniture, lighting, finishes, and decorative elements, along with an initial budget estimate.
